How long before I should expect my order?

. Once you place your order, processing takes 5-15 days and shipping will take about 3-5 days. You will receive a confirmation email once you've placed your order and once your order has shipped. Also applies to non-wig orders. 

 

BEFORE ordering your wig for an install, use discount code "BOUGIEINSTALL" to cancel out unnecessary shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded if failure to use the code.

How do I know what my cap size is?

To ensure a proper fit of your bougie wig, please use a measuring tape and measure from the nape of your neck to your forehead and choose the option that would allow your wig to fit you best! Still unsure? The size of a normal head is around medium or 22". If you know your head shape well enough, you should be able to tell if you have a larger or smaller than normal head size. Refer to the "How to Measure you Cap Size" instructions located on every wig page. 

 Oh snap! My wig doesn't fit me? What do I do?

We urge all of our bougie babes to measure their cap size before making their order to ensure a customized fit. Every wig order is made based on the measurements given so there will be an 100$ charge to remake the wig.

All wigs are NOT eligible for returns and are non-refundable.

We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please NO DMs on any instagram pages as those messages are easily lost.
