Return Policy

  • All sales are FINAL
  • Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, the bougie supply store strives to meet the needs of every customer and will try to accommodate each customer to their specific needs. If the mistake is on our behalf we will work our hardest to try and correct the issue. Please use the contact form located on the website to contact our customer service email with any issues. Shipping Policy

  • 3-5 Business Days (Not including holidays)
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provide. Once our courier has your package, please understand that we do not control their delivery standards. Allow for 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. 
  • We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses. Please be sure to double check addresses before ordering. If you enter your address incorrectly, please use the contact form or email bougiesupplycontact@gmail.com to have it updated immediately.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
