Return Policy

  • All sales are FINAL
  • Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, the bougie supply store strives to meet the needs of every customer and will try to accommodate each customer to their specific needs. If the mistake is on our behalf we will work our hardest to try and correct the issue. Please use the contact form located on the website to contact our customer service email with any issues. Please no DMs. on any of the affiliated instagram pages. 

Wig Construction Policy

  • Before ordering, please ensure that your cap measurements are correct. Each wig is custom made to fit your head based upon the measurements you provide. Please use the instructions image located on every wig page. Refunds will not be given out due to any wrong measurements. There will be a reconstruction fee of 100$ to remake the wig with the correct cap size. 
  • The longevity and quality of the wig is reliant on the customer's proper maintenance. We provide quality hair to all customers; once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
  • All wigs are made with virgin human hair and should be treated as such. For the best longevity, do not scratch or excessively pull the lace. The lace is thin for a seamless look and is also fragile; do not apply heat directly to the lace. When handling the hair, be sure to use heat protectant, wash and condition regularly, and detangle often to preserve the quality of your wigs.

  • 5-15 business days
  • Please remember EACH wig is custom made to order. We do not usually have any wigs on hand. 

Shipping Policy

  • 3-5 Business Days (Not including holidays)
  • Due to COVID-19 we are seeing shipping delays beyond our control and cannot guarantee shipping and processing times. Keep this in mind when placing your order. 
  • Packages are shipped out twice a week (Mondays and Fridays)
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provide. Once our courier has your package, please understand that we do not control their delivery standards. Allow for 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. 
  • We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping and billing addresses. Please be sure to double check addresses before ordering. If you enter your address incorrectly, please use the contact form or email to have it updated immediately.
  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
